What method of shipping do you use?
Our preferred methods of shipping are UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail. They give excellent service, are extremely reliable and very reasonable priced. Kayaks, boats, and trailers require special handling and ship via the most efficient common carrier we can schedule to your requested destination.
How long before my order ships?
In stock and complete orders normally ship within 48 hours (excluding Saturday & Sunday). In the case of out-of-stock items, we will contact you to ask how you would like for us to handle your order. Please provide us with an accurate contact number and email on your original order to avoid delays.
For international orders, there are FedEx and US Postal Service options at checkout. We will contact you if the shipping charge will be more than indicated online. Please reply immediately to your order confirmation e-mail if you would like Murrays to quote the cost of shipment by US Postal Service, which is generally less than FedEx for small shipments. Please note that import duties and/or taxes are determined by the government of the recipient's country and are the recipient's responsibility. If the intended recipient refuses to pay the duties/taxes and the shipment is returned to Murrays, the customer will be responsible for the outgoing shipping costs plus return freight.
